The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority is a public agency, and per Chapter 39.12 RCW requires local government contractors and subcontractors to pay prevailing wages to all workers for all public works and maintenance contracts, regardless of the dollar value of the contract. To find current state prevailing wage rates, see L&I's page Find Prevailing Wage Rates by Classification, which also includes a link to descriptions of trades and classifications. Prevailing wage rates are updated twice per year, on the first business day in February and August, and take effect 30 days after publication.

Aircraft Hangar Door Inspection, Maintenance and Repair Services
Sealed bids for Aircraft Hangar Door Inspection, Maintenance and Repair Services will be received by the CDRPA at 285 Technology Center Way, Suite 202, Wenatchee, WA 98801 until Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 2:00 PM PST.
Services are to be provided at the Pangborn Memorial Airport in Douglas County, WA.
Interested bidders may obtain an electronic copy of the Bidding Documents by contacting Ron Russ at ronr@cdrpa.org. Bidding Documents may be obtained in hard copy format at the CDRPA office at 285 Technology Center Way, Suite 202, Wenatchee, WA 98801. To automatically receive addenda, bidders must register and obtain bid documents directly from the CDRPA.
Prospective bidders are invited to attend an optional pre-bid meeting to be held on Friday, November 22, 2024, at 11:00 AM PST at 1 Campbell Pkwy, East Wenatchee, WA 98802. Prospective Bidders shall submit written questions to Ron Russ, no later than 12:00 PM PST on Tuesday, November 26, 2024.

Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority Federal Lobbying Services
The CDRPA is seeking proposals from consultants for the purpose of providing governmental relations and legislative representation services that promote the Port’s interests within the Federal Government. The Regional Port seeks a consultant to assist with the Port’s legislative and regulatory priorities.
All interested proposers must notify the RFP Coordinator, Jim Kuntz, at: Jim@cdrpa.org to register and be included in the Proposer List.
Submittals must be delivered electronically no later than 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 22, 2024
