When visiting the Lake Chelan area, the knowledgeable traveler always takes in Manson, located on the lake’s north shore about eight miles west of the city of Chelan. Manson enjoys a world-class view — not only of the lake itself but of the peaks that rise more than 7,000 feet across the way. The quaint downtown area is pedestrian friendly and features a unique mix of shops, restaurants, galleries, restaurants, and fruit packing sheds.
