Tax Increment Area Impacts to Taxing Districts:
While TIA revenues are generated through the reallocation of tax levies from overlapping taxing districts, these districts will continue to see steady growth in their own tax collections due to the value of new construction and increased assessed value from personal property over the duration of the proposed TIA.
